Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer within the meaning of applicable consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., email) informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Early Expiration for Digital Content

The right of withdrawal shall expire in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if:

You have expressly consented to the performance beginning before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and

You have acknowledged that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.

Subscription Services

For subscription contracts, the right of withdrawal applies within the statutory withdrawal period from the conclusion of the contract.

After expiration of the withdrawal period, subscriptions may be terminated in accordance with the agreed cancellation terms.
