Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern all contracts between:

and customers regarding digital content, software tools, subscriptions, memberships, and online services offered via our own websites, subdomains, or third-party platforms (e.g., Whop).
2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products and services does not constitute a legally binding offer.
A contract is concluded once the customer completes the checkout process and payment has been successfully processed via the respective platform.
Contract processing and payment handling may be carried out by third-party providers.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are final prices.
In accordance with §19 German VAT Act (UStG), no value added tax (VAT) is charged.
Payments are processed via external payment service providers.
4. Digital Products
Digital products (including but not limited to PDFs, downloadable files, and software-based tools) are provided electronically.
Access is granted after successful payment confirmation.
No physical delivery takes place.
5. Subscriptions
Subscriptions grant access to digital content, tools, or memberships for the selected billing period.
Unless otherwise specified:
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
Cancellation must be completed before the next renewal date.
Access remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
Billing intervals and cancellation mechanisms are displayed during checkout.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal as described in the separate Withdrawal Policy.
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may expire early if the customer expressly consents to immediate performance and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal.
7. Use of Services
All services and digital content are intended for personal use only.
Customers may not:
Share account credentials
Resell access
Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display content without authorization
Reverse engineer or manipulate software tools
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse.
8. Availability and Modifications
We strive to ensure availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We reserve the right to modify, update, limit, or discontinue features or services where reasonable and necessary for technical, operational, or business reasons.
9. No Financial, Investment, Legal or Tax Advice
All content, tools, models, signals, calculations, analyses, projections, data, and related information provided through our services are for informational and educational purposes only.
They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
No individualized recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any asset are made.
Users remain solely responsible for evaluating risks and making their own independent decisions.
10. No Guarantee of Results
Past performance, historical data, simulations, projections, or model outputs do not guarantee future results.
All calculations, including ROI models, profit estimations, break-even analyses, cost projections, or similar outputs, are illustrative and based on assumptions or user-provided inputs.
Actual results may differ significantly due to market conditions, fees, taxes, execution differences, liquidity, or other external factors.
No guarantee of profitability, performance, or economic outcome is provided.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.
To the extent permitted by law, liability for financial decisions made based on the provided information is excluded.
12. Governing Law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
If the customer is a consumer residing in another country, mandatory consumer protection provisions of that country remain unaffected.
13. Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
